Background —

Based in Lancaster, Ascentis is an award-winning provider of cutting-edge qualifications for education, training and business in the UK and overseas. They have been delivering exceptional customer service and creating life changing opportunities for all since 1975, and came to us for a brand new office design.

The Brief —

To create a highly design-led, bright, lively office space. The office design focus was on wellbeing and collaboration, and this guided the style of furniture and colour selection.

The Result —

This design was highly staff focused with plans being kept top secret until the ‘big reveal’. Creating a great space to work was not just about improving productivity but also about giving back to staff, promoting a happier, more dedicated and more creative workforce who enjoy coming to work every day. With a satisfaction rating of 97% it can be safely assumed everyone loves it!
