Headed by Managing Director, Nick Pollitt, our Diamond team has over 20 years of experience behind them to oversee your office design or refurbishment project expertly and smoothly. Creative, motivated, determined, and incredibly talented, our team is full of passionate professionals with a breadth of experience and skills to ensure your office project runs smoothly from inception to completion.

    Managing Director
    I have been in the furniture industry for more than 20 years, with 15 years as owner and MD of Diamond. Ensuring that my customers are happy, giving them value for money and the best possible customer experience is what motivates me. We are fortunate to be working in a design-led industry where businesses are striving to create workplaces which inspire their staff, attract the best talent, and enable their business to work flexibly and efficiently.

    Kevin Gordon

    General Manager
    I have been with the company since 2004 and I am the General Manager. Basically, this means I juggle a lot of balls at once! I love the job because it is so varied, and every day is different... there is certainly no déjà vu here. My favourite colour is grey and of course my favourite book is the Senator Price List – other price lists are available.

    Rebecca Waller

    Head of Design
    I joined Diamond in 2019 and now head up the Design Department. Working for such a fast-paced company is a great challenge - I love that everyone here genuinely cares about every customer and doing the best job possible. Each year I work on over 100 projects – ambitious? Maybe! But I get to be creative every single day and improve my fast thinking, detail orientated, holistic design ethos.

    As a qualified architect I know we’re able to influence how someone uses and feels in a space. I love using my creativity to reflect a company’s ethos and make beautiful spaces that people want to be in. I enjoy the quick project turnaround because it’s so satisfying seeing a scheme go from concept to completion within weeks and having very happy clients!

    Sales Administrator
    I have worked at Diamond since 2009 as a Sales Administrator. I believe there is no problem that can’t be solved with a spreadsheet and being nick named the Spreadsheet Queen suits me just fine! Every customer travels past my desk at some point and I am the friendly face of customer service here at Diamond.

    I’ve been part of the team at Diamond since 2008 – responsible for Accounts and Payroll. It’s my main task in life to try and stop Nick spending money on constantly improving the office!

    Regional Sales Manager
    I am the Regional Sales Manager for Diamond and I have been part of the team for over 7 years. Now working part time and being based in Leeds means I cover the east of the country in between well-earned golfing days.

    Operation Manager
    I’m the Operations Manager at Diamond – I’ve worked here since 1998. I am the man responsible for getting every order to its final home; you might say the ‘Logistics King’. There isn’t a problem that can’t be solved without a bit of thought and care and with a smile on my face at all times, promise!

    Furniture Fitter
    I’m a Furniture Fitter and I have been at Diamond Interiors for over 15 years. One thing that makes my job so interesting is that every job is different and this means every day is a brand new challenge.

    I am the youngest member of the team and a furniture fitter here at Diamond. I enjoy working here and the team are all great to work with. I have learned so much since I started in 2018 and looking forward to learning the rest!

    Furniture Fitter
    I have a wealth of experience in the office furniture industry fitting all ranges of desking. I specialise in fitting storagewall, hanging TVs and acoustic panels. I spend most of my time under desks or up a ladder!

    Carl Moriarty

    Furniture Fitter
    I am the newest member of the fitting team. I have some experience in the furniture industry and understand the challenges that occur when on site. This can range from the use of lifts to carrying goods upstairs, but nothing is too much trouble when working on our clients projects.
